Best practice for applying the psychology of human performance includes using the right tools and processes to measure and quantify the things that predict and indicate performance. Measuring your key elements, individual, team, and whole of group based means relying on standardised and objective data, and understanding that regardless of how objective we believe ourselves to be, we are actually hopelessly biased and subjective.
