What are the first steps?

We follow the same initial steps for all of the coaching that we provide. Coaching is a distinctly personal process, with coaching goals and interests and process chosen reflecting the uniqueness of the person being coached. While coaching programs can largely follow the styles of goal setting and vibe of the coaching program options outlined above which sets the tone of the program, the process and journey itself is entirely bespoke, and entirely yours. Don't feel as though the program descriptions are railroading you, more that they are useful starting points, and the initial discovery stage of the engagement help us to lock in your goals.
